一年って早いですよね。
特に今年はアールをオープンしたのでとんでもなく早かったです。
昨日は地元の飲み会だったのですが、中にやっぱりぎっくり腰をやってしまったと言う人がいました。
段々寒くなってきたので出やすいですから皆さんも気をつけて下さいね！
もしやってしまったら・・早めにマッサージなり整形外科なりに行きましょう。
マッサージで背中や足をほぐしてもらうと楽になりますよ。
でも一番の予防は疲れを溜めないことです。
そろそろヤバイかな～と思ったら時間をみつけてほぐしましょう！
